Yoga for People with Pain - 5-Part Series 


Yoga can be a useful technique for controlling pain levels and increasing movement and function in your body. There is current research that shows specific benefits of therapeutic yoga for certain groups of people in pain.

Neil Pearson has become one of the leading voices in using yoga specifically with people who suffer from pain.

This webinar and instructional video series provides an opportunity to learn how to use simple yoga exercises to live well with chronic pain.
