Welcome to Business Health - Employee Health: Creation, Retention and Renewal – Connecting Research to Training and Practice

The conference addressed the following questions:

  • What do we know about the relationship between business health and employee health?
  • How can we connect this knowledge to training and best practices?

The importance of translating and implementing high quality research into training and current practices is of vital importance to companies and organizations striving to increase workplace innovation and productivity; and reduce the rising human and financial costs of workplace disability. This conference provided delegates with ‘state-of-the-art’ knowledge that will address these issues.

Delegates learned about leading edge, evidence-based practices that enhanced the:

Creation of healthy, satisfying, productive work environments

Retention of an aging and increasingly mobile workforce

Renewal of the workforce to stimulate innovation and productivity
