Dr. Renée-Louise Franche

 
 

Topic: Results of the literature review on workplace-based return to work interventions

Full Bio: Dr. Renée-Louise Franche is a scientist at the Institute for Work & Health in Toronto, Canada. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Public Health Sciences and of Psychiatry, University of Toronto. Dr. Franche's research focuses on developing a better understanding of how organizational, individual and healthcare factors contribute to safe, sustainable, and healthy return to work following injury or ill health. She is currently leading a longitudinal study involving surveying injured workers regarding their return-to-work trajectories.
