Paula Cayley

Full Bio: Paula Cayley is a senior business leader and change management professional who understands the issues and challenges that organizations face. She has been President & CEO Of Interlock since 1999. Ms. Cayley has worked extensively in the health care industry, and held the position of Chief Social Worker at the Clarke Institute of Psychiatry in the Mood and Anxiety division. Well known as a leader in the Employee Assistance field, she has been active on the Executive of the Board of Directors for the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA). In addition she is a member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA), the Canadian Employee Assistance Association and Vancouver Board of Trade. Ms. Cayley was one of only three Canadians who participated in a panel of experts to review industry standards and best practices at the Council of Accreditation in New York City. She has recently become involved in the development of the BC Business and Economic Roundtable on Mental Health.
