Full Bio: Dr. Reddoch has lived and worked in the Yukon for over 30 years. In addition to a family practice, with a special interest in allergy and dermatology, he has served as the Chief Medical Consultant to the Yukon Workers Compensation Health and Safety Board for 25 years. For 11 ½ years, Dr Reddoch represented Yukon physicians as the longest serving President of the Yukon Medical Association. He is also the only physician from North of 60 to be elected as the President of the Canadian Medical Association, after a decade on the CMA Board of Directors. Preventing and managing disability is a key component of any physician’s practice, especially in an occupational medicine setting. Dr Reddoch has spoken frequently of the CMA policy on a physician’s role in returning a patient to work after an illness or injury.
Dr. Reddoch has previously participated on a Canadian Institute for the Relief of Pain and Disability (CIRPD) project and is now serving as Co-Chair of the Disability Prevention and Management Collaborative.
