Dr. Sara Saunders​

Assistant Professor and Associate Director of the Occupational Therapy Program with McGill University​

Dr. Sara Saunders is Assistant Professor and Associate Director of the Occupational Therapy Program with McGill University.  Her clinical background involved working with individuals with work disability resulting from a musculoskeletal injury.  Her PhD thesis explored the meaning of work for injured workers living with chronic pain, long-term work disability and job loss. Dr. Saunders has also completed the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Work Disability Prevention Strategic Training Program at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto.​
