Fibromyalgia: Learn to Recover and Thrive!

In 2006-2007, CIRPD held three community educational events with Dr. Teresa Clarke, author of the book "Fibromyalgia 12 Week Recovery Program." These courses condensed her 12 week program into a half day workshop.  Dr. Clarke taught a summary of her program and guided participants in mind-body techniques that help improve common FM symptoms of pain, anxiety and insomnia.
